My Father Immigrated from El Salvador when he was 8 Years old, my mother at 18 years old. I had only gone one time prior to my return in 2025, I was 11 years old at the time. I remember vividly the joy of getting to experience where my parents grew up and getting to know family I've only know via phone calls. This project documents my first return back to El Salvador in 18 years and hopefully future returns.
